Terms of Service

1. Service Description

BlazeApp is a software development platform provided by Solid Rock Software Cloud (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using BlazeApp, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our service.

2. Account Registration

To use BlazeApp, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and complete
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breach related to your account
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BlazeApp to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service
• Use the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these acceptable use policies.

4. Payments & Refunds

BlazeApp offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
• You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your subscription

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@blazeapp.io within 30 days of the charge.

5. Intellectual Property

BlazeApp and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Solid Rock Software Cloud and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through BlazeApp. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may close your account at any time through the account settings page
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
• We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOLID ROCK SOFTWARE CLOUD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
