Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of BlazeApp, a software development platform operated by Solid Rock Software Cloud (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using BlazeApp, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Permitted Uses

BlazeApp is designed for legitimate software development activities. You may use BlazeApp to:

  • Build, test, and deploy web applications and software projects
  • Collaborate with teammates and share development environments
  • Host preview environments for review and QA
  • Automate build pipelines and deployment workflows
  • Run development tools, compilers, and test suites
  • Integrate with version control providers like GitHub

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use BlazeApp to create, host, store, transmit, or distribute:

  • Content that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local laws
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits minors
  • Content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates violence, terrorism, or hate crimes
  • Defamatory, harassing, or threatening content targeting individuals or groups
  • Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Private or personally identifiable information published without consent
  • Counterfeit goods, fraudulent schemes, or deceptive content

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BlazeApp:

Malware and Malicious Code

  • Creating, distributing, or hosting viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, or spyware
  • Building tools designed to exploit security vulnerabilities in third-party systems
  • Developing phishing sites, credential harvesting tools, or social engineering platforms
  • Obfuscating malicious code to evade detection by security tools

Spam and Unsolicited Communication

  • Operating bulk email systems or mass messaging platforms without recipient consent
  • Running SMS spam campaigns or robocalling operations
  • Building tools that automate the creation of fake accounts or fraudulent profiles
  • Scraping or harvesting contact information for unsolicited outreach

Unauthorized Access

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to BlazeApp systems or other users' accounts
  • Scanning, probing, or testing the vulnerability of BlazeApp infrastructure without authorization
  • Using BlazeApp to conduct unauthorized penetration testing against third-party systems
  • Circumventing authentication mechanisms, rate limits, or access controls

Cryptocurrency and Mining

  • Running cryptocurrency mining operations using BlazeApp compute resources
  • Deploying applications whose primary purpose is resource extraction for personal gain

4. Resource Limits and Fair Use

BlazeApp provides shared infrastructure to all users. To ensure fair access and platform stability, the following resource limits and fair use expectations apply:

Compute and Build Resources

  • Build time, CPU, memory, and storage are subject to the limits of your subscription plan
  • Workloads that consume resources disproportionate to your plan tier may be throttled or suspended
  • Sustained high-resource jobs intended to stress-test or exhaust platform capacity are not permitted

API and Automation

  • Automated API requests are subject to rate limits described in our documentation
  • You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits through rotating IPs, credential cycling, or other means
  • Scripts and bots must respect rate limits and must not degrade service for other users

Storage

  • Storage usage is subject to plan limits; exceeding limits may result in paused builds
  • BlazeApp is not intended for general-purpose file storage or CDN hosting unrelated to your projects
  • We reserve the right to remove inactive or orphaned data after appropriate notice

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of content or activity on BlazeApp that violates this policy, please report it to us promptly:

Include a description of the violation, relevant URLs or identifiers, and any supporting evidence.

We review all reports and will take appropriate action, which may include removing content, suspending accounts, or referring matters to law enforcement.

6. Enforcement and Account Termination

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this policy. Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, we may take the following actions:

  • Warning: A formal notice that a violation has occurred and must be corrected
  • Content removal: Immediate removal of violating content or projects
  • Temporary suspension: Temporary restriction of account access pending investigation
  • Permanent termination: Permanent closure of account(s) involved in serious or repeated violations
  • Legal referral: Referral to law enforcement for illegal activities, including CSAM and cybercrimes

We may act immediately and without prior notice for violations that pose a risk to the platform, other users, or the public. We are not obligated to provide refunds upon termination for policy violations.

Appeals can be submitted to legal@blazeapp.io within 14 days of enforcement action. We will review appeals in good faith but are not required to reverse enforcement decisions.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of BlazeApp after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
